Anna Olaguer.
Anna is a Certified Public Accountant with a wealth of experience in auditing, business advisory, taxation, and bookkeeping. Over the years, she has developed a robust skill set that has allowed her to excel in the accounting field.
In recent years, she has had the opportunity to work with Australian clients particularly Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) from various industries. She has been assisting them with their accounting, bookkeeping and tax compliance needs, thereby gaining valuable insights into international accounting practices.
Currently, she serves as an accounting manager, leading a remote team and ensuring the efficient delivery of accounting services. Her leadership has fostered a collaborative and productive work environment, even in a virtual setting.
Outside of work, Anna is passionate about tennis and enjoys spending her free time on the court. She also loves to travel, exploring new destinations and cultures whenever the opportunity arises. Additionally, Anna is a devoted dog lover and enjoys spending quality time with her furry companions.
Eldefonso Manansala.
Elde is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Mindanao.
Elde serves as the SMSF manager at ProYou Philippines. Thanks to his proactive management and oversight of the funds, he and his team consistently met or exceeded the SMSF lodgment requirements.
Elde’s ability to investigate and process corporate actions, dividend or distribution announcements, tax statements, and automated property valuation helps him to efficiently and accurately prepare SMSF tax accounts. Because of this, he is one of the key players in responding to queries from colleagues concerning SMSF or investments.
He stays up to date with SMSF laws and ATO tax rulings, enabling him to request the correct supporting documents and offer advice on potential compliance breaches.
In addition to his SMSF expertise, Elde has extensive experience in audit, business advisory, general accounting, and cloud-based software, including Xero, Class, Unleashed, and QuickBooks.
Elde’s prior role as an auditor for a local firm in Manila gave him valuable insight into audit procedures, fostering his attention to detail and deepening his understanding of financial transactions.
Outside of work, Elde enjoys spending time with his family and his wonderful, supportive girlfriend. He is an avid fan of sci-fi movies, particularly those from the Marvel and DC universes. On his days off, he loves relaxing at the beach in his mother’s hometown.
Farley Faith Ampo.
Farley is a Senior Accountant with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Holy Cross of Davao College. She began her professional journey in 2015, working at a small accounting firm where she gained valuable experience in bookkeeping and tax preparation. In 2016, she passed the board exam, officially becoming a Certified Public Accountant. Over the years, she has grown to specialize in handling Australian accounts, bringing a high level of accuracy and efficiency to her work. Farley’s keen eye for detail and commitment to compliance ensures her clients’ financial records are meticulously managed and their tax obligations are properly met.
In addition to her role as an accountant, Farley shares her knowledge as a part-time accounting teacher, helping to shape the next generation of professionals.
A member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Farley believes that “the first step is always the hardest.” This philosophy motivates her to face every challenge head-on, pushing through initial obstacles to deliver excellent results. Her perseverance and work ethic have become key drivers of her success in the field.
Outside of work, Farley enjoys watching anime, which allows her to relax and tap into her creative side. She also loves spending time with her dogs, and finding joy and balance in the companionship they bring. This mix of dedication to her profession and her personal passions makes Farley a well-rounded and driven individual, always striving to grow both personally and professionally.
Gesille May Ricardo.
Gesille May has a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Holy Cross of Davao College. With valuable experience as an Accounting Assistant at DSG Sons Group and as a Team Admin at Banco De Oro.
She is currently an Accounting Assistant at Proyou Advisory specializing in bookkeeping and the preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS) and individual tax returns.
Her work ethic is encapsulated in her favorite quote: “A little more persistence, a little more effort and what seemed hopeless failure may turn to glorious success.” —Elbert Hubbard. This motivates her to never give up because success does not come overnight as it is a collaboration of effort and persistence.
Beyond her professional life, she enjoys watching thrillers and mystery movies and selling items through her online shop. She also loves dancing, singing, and cooking. A proud mother to Anthony Luxen and a wife to Paul, she spends time off with them traveling and going to the beach.
Glorivic Getutua.
Glorivic, a proud graduate of Immaculate Conception in Davao City, with over seven years of experience as a Payroll Administrator, Glorivic has built a reputation for her precision, attention to detail, and efficiency in payroll processing. She handles payroll inquiries with professionalism and expertise, ensuring a smooth and timely payroll experience for all. Additionally, her background in accounting adds depth to her financial acumen, making her an invaluable asset to any team.
Outside of her professional life, Glorivic enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. Her passion for continuous learning and commitment to excellence drive her success in every task she undertakes. Glorivic brings enthusiasm, dedication, and a focus on delivering outstanding results in every aspect of her work.
Jackylou Cagatan.
Jacky is an accomplished accountant who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and successfully passed the CPA board exam in the same year. Since then, she has gained extensive experience in accounting and bookkeeping services, primarily working with accounting firms. For over seven years, she has specialized in end-to-end accounting processes for Australian firms.
Currently, Jacky is expanding her skill in financial statement and tax return preparation and is enjoying her progress alongside her colleagues in the Philippines team. She is very grateful to ProYou for the endless opportunities it provides for her professional growth.
Just like accounting Jacky believes that life should be lived in balance.
Outside of her career, Jacky cherishes her time with her husband, Dingdong, and their sons, Jacko and Rambo.
Jade Jaso.
Jade is the SMSF accountant at ProYou Philippines. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and prior to joining ProYou Philippines has worked in the field of Commerce & Industry doing general accounting, payroll, and tax compliance.
Driven by passion and purpose, she believes in working for satisfaction rather than recognition. She takes pride in accountability, believing that owning her actions and decisions is key to personal and professional growth.
She is a certified pet lover having six cats and two dogs and loves donating to animal advocates and rescuers. She loves seeing new places and discovering good coffee.

Jennifer Dedal.
Jennifer has been working with Australian Taxation and Accounting since the early stages of her professional career. She specializes in financial reporting and tax compliance. She is proficient in handling Xero clients, while also having knowledge in MYOB, Saasu and Quickbooks.
Her strong foundation, shaped by her mentors has made her both reliable and dependable. She draws inspiration from her work colleagues and holds her mentors in high regard. She is enthusiastic about working with individuals who take responsibility for their tasks and are committed to results.
Jen lives by the mantra, “Opportunity is favorable to those who are ready”.
Outside of work, she enjoys playing badminton, reading books and Mangas, participating in fun runs, walking, and traveling. She also enjoys watching NBA playoffs & Volleyball games. She is a fan of Yuki Ishikawa.
Jhoann Calambro .
Jhoann is a committed accountant in ProYou Business Advisory. Sheholds a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and since 2016, she has been working as an accountant in various industries such as property development, real estate, construction and engineering, health care, and financial services.
Her passion lies in helping individuals and businesses elevate their operations, particularly by improving financial management to reach new levels of success.

Popslyn Sumampong.
Popslyn is an accountant at ProYou Business Advisory.
She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and is a licensed financial advisor. She previously worked as a bookkeeper for a marketing firm where she built a solid foundation in financial management, and most recently worked as a financial advisor to one of the top insurance companies in the Philippines. She specializes in bookkeeping, financial planning, and retirement planning. She continues to develop her accounting skills guided by her supportive and amazing teammates at ProYou.
Guided by her mantra, “Always be grateful; little things matter,” Pops demonstrates a positive and diligent work ethic. She is grateful to Proyou for the opportunity that helps her professional and personal growth.
Outside of her professional life, she is a devoted mother to two beautiful girls, Psalm and Precious, and cherishes quality time spent with her husband, John, and their daughters.
In her spare time, Pops enjoys spending time with her family and is actively involved in volunteering for community financial literacy programs, reflecting her passion for helping others improve their financial knowledge and well-being.

Sherrainne is a Certified Public Accountant with 8 years of experience working for an Australian-based company in the Philippines. Specializing in taxation and bookkeeping, she has consistently delivered high-quality services to clients, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial matters. Her expertise, combined with a passion for continuous improvement, makes her a trusted professional in her field.
Sherrainne enjoys traveling to explore new cultures, hiking to connect with nature, and immersing herself in the worlds of classic and Japanese literature. Guided by her motto, “Always try!”, she approaches both her professional and personal life with a dedication to growth and perseverance.
